Meaning of a shloka

“Sheelam param bhushanam” means that “Character is the best virtue”
This shlok is used to tell us the importance of our character. It tells us that it is not necessary having so much ornaments “bhooshans” for being a rich person.
If our character is good and loyal , then we are the most rich person of the world.
